It’s always such a lovely experience to be able to photograph a new baby and family in the comfort of their own home. As a mom myself, I know I would much rather capture those first memories in my own familiar environment than try to pack up with a new baby and head to a studio.

When I visit a home to do a newborn session it’s always so fun to see the nursery! I love seeing the sweet and thoughtful ways in which new parents create a welcoming, functional, and adorable space for their little one.
This baby boy’s nursery was full of charming touches, with blue accents and an adorable ‘little cowboy’ theme that made the space feel so personalized and absolutely perfect! From the Western-themed décor to all the soft textures and baby blues, the setting made for such a warm and unique backdrop for our photos.
